(1) have customer service phones answered at depot (2) When there is an issue reported with a package that is showing as delivered and has not been, once reported, the driver should contact the recipient immediately to clarify.- after all DPD slogan is "Your Delivery Experts"

Package arrived in hub on 8th August, since then it has been mis sorted 3 times, staged for next day delivery 3 times, it is now the 20th August and still no sign of it. They take no accountability whatsoever for the total failure of their company.Avoid.They really are the Lastway.

No attempt to deliver at my house. Says attempted to deliver and left card. Not so, I was in all day and no one came near my house and no card left. No phone call either. Can only assume driver went to the wrong house and did not check
