If you’re a sadomasochist who enjoys gambling, this delivery company is perfect for you. Ordering a parcel feels like placing a bet: it might be delivered, it might not and if it is, no one knows when. I’ve been waiting over two weeks with absolutely no updates, and customer service has mastered the art of complete silence. No replies, no explanations, just endless uncertainty. If you value your time, your sanity, or actually receiving your package, look elsewhere. Update: I have now been waiting 16 days for a delivery with no ETA provided whatsoever. Update 2: After waiting 50 minutes on the call, I was told you can't even collect your parcel. It's now 20 days including 7 days in the Dublin warehouse. Absolute joke. Delivery company who can't deliver

No real information. I signed up for updates and have gotten NONE. I have no idea where my package is.

I received an email stating that my Parcel was delivered to LORRHA POST OFFICE. Co. Tipperary and n 26/11/2025. It was to be delivered to NENAGH POST OFFICE & I can’t get through to LORRHA to ask them if my Parcel is there. Can you follow this up for me please?
