The parcel is in Shannon depot since 07.10.25. The customer urgently requires the parcel. Nobody is replying to my various mails. It's totally frustrated.

13499464844032 Tracking number. Ordered special gifts for family as flying to visit them tomorrow. Gifts were to be delivered by DPD between the 6th October- 8th October (yesterday). Contacted our local delivery driver and they were not out with him for delivery. Tried your Little Island Cork number - not connecting. Tried to find package with your tracking number - not accepted on your tracking website. Utterly disappointed. Is there a way you can get this package to me very early in the morning (Friday), before I leave for the airport?

Looking for my parcel it said no one home there were 2 people there up to 3 .0 clock 1 person after that 2 cars in driveway

I am on holidays .I asked them to deliver my packages to my mothers address left Eircode.Still hasnt left my orders

We were asked to pay money, paid it right away and then found out package was sent back to United States so paid $350 total and never got the simple package needed at university. :(

(1) have customer service phones answered at depot (2) When there is an issue reported with a package that is showing as delivered and has not been, once reported, the driver should contact the recipient immediately to clarify.- after all DPD slogan is "Your Delivery Experts"
