Put a mobile on the website that works, put a number on the website for athlone postal sorting office that works and get a human being to talk to customers, I phoned Dublin yesterday but they didn't even have a phone number for Athlone, after 7 days with tracking where is the parcel?

I got two postcards on consecutive days, both asking for a fee for VAT and admin to be paid. I paid this and can see my parcel moved from Dublin to Portlaoise. It has been there since 7.49 p.m on April 1st, about three hours short of a week. terrible service!
