In an email I received saying the parcel was delivered today 9-5-2024 and the signature was obtained. However, I did not receive the parcel, so who signed for it, please??

Fastway should deliver to the correct postcode provided. My parcel has already been misrouted. Today they are trying an address in Galway City. I am outside Tralee, Co Kerry And that is where the Postcode will tell them. Trying to contact anyone who is human is beyond me. Phone numbers are a dead end. They refer you back to the maze.

Fastway said parcel delivered and signed. It was not. Next day said unable to deliver. I was at home all day so this is not true.
