I got two postcards on consecutive days, both asking for a fee for VAT and admin to be paid. I paid this and can see my parcel moved from Dublin to Portlaoise. It has been there since 7.49 p.m on April 1st, about three hours short of a week. terrible service!

If you receive a tracked parcel that says "Northern" Ireland perhaps the best thing you can do is send it back to the sender (who's address is on the parcel) instead of letting it sit in Dublin customs office for a month!!!!!!!

It has not been delivered even though it says it has and on delivery I paid for it to be signed for so it should not have just been a delivery - 1/4/2025 22:48:12
