I tracked my parcel and it stated that it was delivered. It wasn't delivered to me! I called GLS customer service who tracked it and located where it was delivered to - NOWHERE near my address. What a joke. They responded that they messaged the driver to retrieve this parcel and get it redelivered correctly, but if I don't hear from him this evening to get in contact with GLS again tomorrow... very angry at this point. I will continue to follow-up until my parcel is delivered to me, or I am compensated for this. Zero stars for this experience. Will update if I receive my parcel in one piece!

Worst service, they literally left my steam deck outside my apartment block door (basically any passerby on the road could have grabbed it)instead of calling to get the code for the door to leave it inside. I was at home luckily and spotted the GLS van. Upon questioning the driver why he would just leave it outside the door he replied well I don't have a code, I even said could you not call me, then he was saying he was busy. I asked for his name and he would not give it....how pathetic. Update, Upon emailing customer service about the issue, David from GLS responded timeously to reassure me that this is not standard procedure and they will be ensuring that parcels are delivered with care. I have therefore change my rating to account for the good customer service and showing that they genuinely do care.

Absolute joke of company. Had a parcel meant to be collected 3 days ago been ringing customer service they assured me driver is on the way to collect. Ended up bringing parcel myself to the depo. Worst delivery service ever.
