I tracked my parcel and it stated that it was delivered. It wasn't delivered to me! I called GLS customer service who tracked it and located where it was delivered to - NOWHERE near my address. What a joke. They responded that they messaged the driver to retrieve this parcel and get it redelivered correctly, but if I don't hear from him this evening to get in contact with GLS again tomorrow... very angry at this point. I will continue to follow-up until my parcel is delivered to me, or I am compensated for this. Zero stars for this experience. Will update if I receive my parcel in one piece!
