If I could give this no stars, I would. The staff have zero clue what they are doing and constantly say “oh we don’t do that or accept that” when every other post office does. They do not put the effort in and are extremely rude. If you have anything important to send off DO NOT go here.

This is worst post Office ever. Have sent so Many letters over the past Year And not one was ever sent off or received. There are numerous complaints from people.Caused me so many problems. THE staff have no clue about how to run a post office as they just are normal shop staff that take turns in the post office. Strong advice if anyone gets a driving ticket, don't pay the fine in this post office and supply evidence (driver license, insurance etc) there as they tell u that they don't take it. As all post offices should take these documents it causes the customer to get into trouble and they end up in court due to there lack of knowledge of acceptance of documents. Avoid this office.

Went to open an account for my 8year old, printed the form online and it clearly states that a child over the age of 7 does not need parental permission to open the account. Common sense then would lead you to believe you do not need parental ID to open the account, just the child's ID & ppsn. Despite saying this to the lady twice at the desk she still insisted she needed MY ID and proof of ppsn?! Ridiculous, went straight to Alyesbury post office and they opened the account no problem and never asked for anything from me just for my daughter.
