Many times I don’t receive a parcel, but they tell me that it was delivered and was scanned as if I had received it. This is not acceptable and is called a lie. It turns out that it was stolen from me. When the mail was delivered on bicycles, there was no such mess.

Quite a disappointment. You're notified if an item is out for delivery and you are extra vigilant not to miss it, you make sure you're home for it. And then you check tracking again and AnPost claims to have attempted a delivery, which is not true - no one rang the doorbell, no notification in letter box that an attempt was made. This happens periodically, as if the regular guy went on annual leave and whoever takes over just won't bother to do their job??? (totally agreed with this review)
