The women working in the post office in Finglas today 15/05/23 were extremely rude. It was my first time in here and when I was on my way in elderly customers on the way out were complaining to each other about how rude these ladies are. I was called forward by a blonde older woman who ignored me while talking to a heavy dark haired woman about tiles for her kitchen. They left me standing there for at least 1 minutes without even giving me eye contact and then the woman did a motion with her fingers for me to give her my envelope. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience to them. She proceeded to dicuss home interior while putting a stamp on and through gritted teeth I thanked this ignorant woman and all I got was half a smile which felt degrading and insulting more than anything. These women should not be employed here, there are lots of people to replace them. They would be more suited in a role where they have no interaction with the public and can use their own time for personal conversations. The have no respect for customers and make the experience an unpleasant one. I will avoid at all costs in the future. Wouldn't recommend!

The blonde woman with the glasses is the most ignorant rude woman i have ever seen interacting with customers in my life. Throwing money at people collecting their payment as if 1. Its any of her buisness 2.shes any better then any body that walks through that door. I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing from her as I approached the counter. Total embarrassment for an post to employ such a foul pig.

Staff are the most polite & hardworking crew in any of the businesses in the village. Even when ppl are complaining about something that is totally out of their hands, they remain polite but stern. 5 stars well earned.👍🙏📿🙏

I only go to this post office 4 times a year. There is one lady who treats you with such disdain and rudeness that it can really affect you. Everytime I get her it is the same. How this attitude is allowed on a customer facing role is shocking. I try to be as polite as possible but still face this type of treatment. Many others have complained about this. Today it is about customer service and the customer experience. My treatment here makes my customer experience terrible

Crossed off my return address. The addressee did not receive his postage and I didn't get the product sent back because the return address was crossed off by pen by an post staff. I sent it by standard postage. I did not ask her to do so, and I cannot claim a refund because it was a standard postage. All she had to do was to advise me to change the envelope or rewrite it or advise to send by registered postage and not cross my address without first asking me. Really disappointed by service. I had to refund a buyer and I lost inventory because of her mistake.

Better to avoid this post office. Staff is very rude, not allowing you to ask any questions, they just talk over you raising their tone of voice. It happened in several occasions and not only with me, but also with the rest of the customers in front of me.

The staffs are really racist and rude.Today (2/7/2022)I came with my family and 1.5 yr old kid ,to send an urgent post.I reached at 12.52pm but anpost was closed 10 mints before the due time which is 1pm .When I requested them to open since it not the time yet to close,one of the staff members slammed the door against me..Also there was a philipino who came after 1min,faced the same issue. Better to avoid this postoffice other than natives...

0/5 Don't bother. Very unprofessional behavior. I had a package shipped to here from my home (Indiana in the USA) during December for Christmas. They never alerted my friend that it had arrived. Someone tampered with it, which is a federal offense! They opened the package, removed everything, put it into a new envelope & shipped it back to me. They have some nerve to not only neglect to tell their customers when mail arrives, but it's even more insulting to open & mess with it.

I was in this post office to send money as my family member died. Never in my life I was treated like that, woman that working there didn't make any effort to put correct information even from A4 paper printed in capital letters saying she doesn't have a time for me. I went there 4 times in 5 days, same mistake was made each day about 10times. My question is - why would you work in post if you don't have a time for customers!? Just took my money back and left. Me and my family never going back there

Why does it NOT say on the website that the post office is closed between 1-215 .. I'm a very busy man and I run out of my work to collect my packed but a sign on the door stated they are closed .. I'm sure there's plenty of staff to stagger their breaks ..I WE DO IN MY JOB.. !!! its 2020 its time this was sorted ... everyone is busy ... this is a joke .. will not be going here again..
