I visited the post Office in High St. Kilkenny today. I was swapping my phone provider to An Post mobile and was experiencing a lot if problems with this. I was helped by Alice and I found her to be very helpful, thorough and professional. I have worked in customer service for many years and I appreciate good service when i see it and think it should be acknowledged. 10/10 Alice

It's our national postal service, we don't really have much choice! But I've always found an post to be good and postpeople and other staff across the country to always be amicable and helpful

I asked 3 weeks ago what was the procedure in sending international packages. I followed instruction and when I went to send parcel I was informed of different procedures. Staff member showed no interest in helping and seemed annoyed he had to check what was in the box. Very disappointed with this kind of service. There is enough negativity around today without having to deal with service like this.
