Customer service is atrocious. Also be aware of how much you are likely to be charged. I had priced my parcel as €9 online, in person she wanted to charge me €21, until I showed her how much it was online. She goes out of her way to overcharge and be rude. Avoid.

Today, Monday 4th of January 2021, I experienced the most inefficient service ever in a post office. I was there to send a parcel and waiting in the queue for more than half an hour, surprisingly the number of people queuing before me was less than the number of fingers on a hand. Even though there are two counters in the post office, only the second one was operating that moment and When I reach to the counter the lady working on the counter was looking down and she asked me to wait. I saw that she was looking on her phone keeping me waiting. Then I understood what makes us wait so long in a small queue. A few minutes later, she took my parcel and scanned. It took less than 30 seconds to complete the task. The lady working in this post office was so disrespectful and wasting customers' time with her inefficient service.
