No problem with the service. Being polite can go a long way to getting the assistance you need. The opening and closing times are not perfectly in line with the official An Post website though, but if you're inside the store before the unofficial closing time, you'll still be helped.

Literally the most unhelpful post office I've ever encountered. Have never had a smile while being severed have never experienced any level of decent customer service, everyone in there looks like they hate their job and when you get to the counter the speak to one another rather than addressing you. Sometimes your left standing at the top of the que for a few minutes while they chat all just to post a letter. Disgraceful carry on... You feel like you are apologising just for keeping them in a job.

Very poor service. 2nd time I am sent back because I came too close to 11:30 when they are sending the DHL.. the lady decided to make 5 min morale to come earlier instead of typing what she needed to do and get it in the system in time.

They have on wed there closed also they never answer the phone you have to ring supervalu to find out..giving 3 star because the staff are lovely girls..but please someone needs to answer your phone..

Again the same, like for the last maybe 5 years, they take the payment, then the packaga from DHL and expect the customer to collect the package from the branch. I pay for "home delivery" but the company NEVER do the job that they got paid for. Will complain to DHL also as I ordered their service not AnPost... zero stars, again.

Very bad, They never rang to my door for the delivery, they just left a letter. I went there for the package and they said that they still didn’t get anything and then told me to come back later, I came back later and they said that the real person who have to receive this delivery needs to sign even though my surname was the same. so I had to go back there 3rd time. feeling very dissapointed.
