Just want to so thank you for the extraordinary service. Parcel was Mis-Sorted in Portlaoise and send to Limerick instead of Tipperary, mother's day gift with delivery on Friday, kids where crying as they thought they have no present for mommy but the men from the Post office in Tipperary (forgot his name) came all the way out today on a Saturday to deliver the Parcel. What a customer service. Really happy about that. Thank you again very much.
