A lady with glasses served me. Not sure if its the same lady others have mentioned. She could not have been nicer. I made a mistake with a label on Amazon return. She went above and beyond to help me. I have always found the staff nice so far in this post office (living 1 year in Lucan) so I was shocked to read the other reviews.

Only one star because there is no lower option. The blond lady with glasses, no disrespect, refused to do all my 4 Amazon returns because is takes too much work. She would only do two and asked to come back to e next day to do the other two!!? For real! I can’t understand how you’re too busy to do your job that you’ve been paid to do. I hope when you bring your car to the garage to change your 4 tires they tell that they can only do two because it takes too much work, and need to come back next day….

Had another terrible experience with this post office. Waiting in queue for 30 mins to get rude reply that they don't provide the service that they actually should do. Most of the time I encounter unprofessional, far from being polite and very slow service there. It would be great if An Post management eventually react to bad reviews about this post office.

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews on Lucan PO , SuperValue, .Maybe I've just been lucky. Each time I visit I'm impressed by the staff I've dealt with.... friendly, helpful and efficient. I don't know the names of those but thank you.

Totally rude staff. Spoke down to a customer before me and then the look I got when presenting them with a Amazon return. Immediately giving me the excuse that their customs system is down and cannot assist. It just appeared that it was too much for them.

A slow experience so don't go if you're in a rush. Staff are pleasant and it's a handy location for parking etc.

Seems like most people have the same problems with this post office. Slow service and system for Amazon returns is always down but they don't put a sign up for it...end up queueing 15 minutes for nothing.. never using this branch again even though its the closest..

Really unfriendly staff. They are constantly talking to each other and gossiping while serving you. They'll often times be on their mobile phones while you are waiting at the top of the queue to be served by them. "Please" and "thank you" does not seem to be in their vocabularies. They find it extremely difficult to maintain any sort of eye contact while interacting with customers. Receipts are practically thrown at you. I feel pretty sorry for them which is why they get 1 star as opposed to 0. They must really hate their job/interacting with people/be overworked to display such a lack of motivation for providing a good customer experience.

What a worst and slow service served by two ladies..big queue but they are literally very slow. I know it's time to go home. I have visited this 3-4 times as it is near to us. Same kind of slowness.
