Very disappointing service on a Saturday morning. After I carried in a 19 kg parcel to post to France, the girl at the desk was very not happy that the box didn't fit in through the window and she had to open the door to take in the box. She told that the box can 't be weighted on her small scale and she just put in a weight without being scaled. After I asked her what happens if it turns out that the box is heavier, she told me that they will send it back. I had to lift back the box to my car and drive to an other post office, where they have a bigger scale. Prior to bring the box I did a visit and had all the information I needed. I was told I can post a parcel up to 20 kg. It is not the client 's fault that they not have a bigger scale. 😭 .
