The old man who works the post office was extremely rude today, came in with lotto tickets and he declined serving us, said there was too many and then rudely advised he will decline paying out on the tickets and asked how many do we throw away, and told us to go to a different post office even though we live in Ballincollig and this is our local post office, he could of even just done half of the tickets. No service and humiliated in the shop. None of the staff are friendly.

Nice post office. Comes with a stationary shop. Printing and scanning options available. The staffs are really friendly and good. Located at the heart of Ballincollig. Reliable service as well.

Rude and unpleasant staff in the post office. Sent an item to UK and the staff member laughed at me when I told her what the item was - hardly very professional? Also not wearing the mask correctly not very good practice in this environment. Not pleased at all with this post office unfortunately.

You can buy books, newspapers here, and the post staff work effectively and quickly. If there is a queue, it is usually processed in short time - of course depending on the kind customers.
