The most rude man ever seen in my life, don't ask him anything to the guy who is working in the post office because it's impossible to him understand what customer service is. In the beginning, I thought maybe he was racist but then when I saw how talk with an old woman, I thought no, definitely, he hated his job and worked with people.

I changed posts offices as I'm sick of the belittling comments from the main man you know who you are T). So rude, no manners. You can't even pay with coins and he makes the comments "Out begging again". Sad after so many years I feel I can't go into my own local. Send parcels off he comments "you must have lots of friends" in a cheeky tone. NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. The last straw was coming in late after work, freezing cold day and being asked "Could you not get out bed this morning with the cold to come in". I bit my tongue .....he needs to go asap.

Today is the last time I will ever use Errigal Rd Post Office!! The Guy behind the counter T.... you are the most obnoxious man I have ever come across. I really do not know how you are allowed a front of house position representing An Post with your attitude and rudeness. This is not the first time I have had an unpleasant experience when using this Post office but it certainly will be the last.

Prejudice Establishment. I am an American, my husband is an Irish Citizen. He has moved to America to be with me. We sent his mother a birthday package in the mail to Limerick. It was last sorted at Dublin 12, so I called this establishment where it was last sorted. A woman answered helpfully, but her tone immediately changed when she heard my accent. She cut me off when I was asking my question. Didn't even let me finish! She told me to call some place, but I couldn't understand the place she said. So I asked "Excuse me, what is the name of the place?" She grunted into the phone, and hung up on me! I am left with not knowing what to do! So I call back, 5 times. Each time she just scoffs and sighs and groans, hanging up on me. What a horrible impression of how Dublin's customer service is. I was never treated like this with County Clare's people. What a rude, selfish, and arrogant person. My feelings are hurt, and I'm left feeling frustrated and lost.

the man who works here goes out of his way to be extremely rude and seems to want to stop people getting their dole money, no idea how he still works there with this attitude, avoid like the plague if at all possible !!!

People working in that post office unit are very unfriendly and rude. I came in and tried to send a return item, when I explained it to the guy behind the counter (older man with a beard) he looked at me like at an idiot and asked with offensive tone "what do you want me to do? Huh?"... try to find different unit if you need any help I guess

The lady,"one with short hair" in this post office Is so rude and inconsiderate,lacks manners and needs to be trained on customer service.She never smiles and looks down her nose at people who are collecting social welfare payments.
