If there were awards for unfriendliness the lady working there would certainly win one. Brace yourselves going there! Eh maybe she's just miserable... Who knows maybe you can cheer her up? I don't know, crack a joke or something, buy flowers? Just don't expect politeness to work :( Sad experience. I travel extra half an hour to Longford just to avoid that stern, displeased look. :/ but you can buy books there so three stars :) Come on unfriendly lady, cheer up! We love you anyway... from a safe distance ;P
