Should be called slowway, nothing fast about the deliveries even pre christmas waiting nearly 1 week for parcel to go through the channels then get a text to say parcel will be delivered with no time of when to sit in all day as packages are left on door step on main busy road before for anyone to take, and then to have them stroll up about 4 or 5 oclock in the evening to the door with the delivery its a joke, there should be a time stamp of when the parcels will be delivered like all other delivery companies

Worst delivery company. Says package is delivered with out signature when one was supposed to be needed as was expensive electronics. Customer service says it was left in secure place and said to check with neighbours or around your house. Driver I spoke to claims it is still in the van but the tracking and company say its delivered when it is not.

"Delivered this morning". No, it wasn't. There's only one house at this postcode, and Google maps even gives a photo of it. I'm waiting weeks for this and god only knows what they did with it.
