Worst courier ever!!! My parcel was out of delivery yesterday and never came. They “tried” to attempt the parcel when its a complete lie!! I was all day in my business, nobody showed up and nobody rang me. Now my parcel is Staged for Next Day Deliver. No phone number, they don’t answer the emails… They are an absolute disgrace!!!

Rubbish service. Always dump my packages at the front door, with no attempt to give me package in person, and i'm always at home. Too lazy to knock. Most of the couriers are doing this nowadays. Since Covid, they all seem to be dumping packages wherever they feel like it. I have complained about this before, but no one is listening. Sick of it. I try to avoid this company where possible.

The company is a joke! My parcel is travelling for a week between Limerick and Dublin and it can’t get to me! Every day they state they mis-sort or misdirect my parcel! Joke! 🤬

Tracking show that parcel was delivered. I've been at home all day newer see the courier in the house, try to contact Fast way customer care, but only way is sending an email, informed that the phone number is in the email – untruth. No respond for 5 days. Unprofessional, the worst service ever. Don't care the final customer. Privately, I will never entrust a shipment to this company.

Don’t even bother to check whether someone at home - how they can still be on the market and offer such a bad service this days- there is a lot of companies and I had No idea Asos is using them as their courier - anyway first and last time I am ordering - now I will be checking delivery companies and defo avoid Fastway

I generally try and stay away from companies useing Fastway as I had so many bad experiences with them. This time I had no choice as the company I wanted to purchase from only use Fastway. Received an e mail this morning to say that my item would be delivered today. Just received an e mail now to say delivery was attempted and nobody was in. This is the second time this has happened to me and I never left the house all day. Cant even get in touch with them to complain.

By others opinions, it looks like I'm very lucky. I was receiving my parcels regularly once or twice a month, I would say 98% on time. And have a lovely driver in my area. Even if he was in hurry, he found time to deliver my parcel to work, when I wasn't at home or come back later. Great man, he made my life easier. Unfortunately seller changed the courier 😢

I have been told my parcel has been delivered . But I have not received it , and don't know where it has been delivered to. Fastway will not answer their telephone I have tried ringing many many times and it rings once and then cuts you off. My experience so far has not been good.

The worst courier company ever. Couriers sign customer name and don't deliver parcels. company have no phone contact any more. there is no option to contact them. We pay for items to be delivered and they don't do it. I ordered thing from sport direct and it should be here 3 days ago. I tracked it and it said ''signed and delivered' but who signed? and who collected? no one from my home. I sent emails but no answer. it is great material for article in newspaper. I think some journalist could make great money for writing a true about Fastway company. They do not deserve even 1 str but I had to give them otherwise you can't publish it

Wish I could leave less than 1 star. Sick to my stomach as a fraudulent “delivery aftempt” was made today, nobody showed up and I was at home all day then suddenly get an email saying delivery failed and nobody was home. No customer service number and no reply to emails. I will be waiting at the window all day tomorrow hoping to get my €100+ package from MyProtein and then NEVER using a company that uses Fastway again - believe all the negative reviews!!

Not really impressed, the package eventually turned up with my neighbour, but contact details for Fastway seem to be a highly guarded secret. For a courier, that's not acceptable.

Shame on them, they don't care about parcels. Same book has arrived thrashed twice in different deliveries, one of them item and packaging arrived completely soaked! (even while having a heatwave/no rain at all, so they spilled water or something). Second delivery (the book replacement) arrived today even worse condition. AVOID!

Not the first time I've had this experience with Fastway. Now I do my best to avoid buying online from companies that use them. How are they still in business?

The courier delivered my parcel through someone else's letter Box. Even though he had the correct air code No attempt has been made to recover the parcel. No phone calls have been made to me as promised. I am completely in the dark and nobody seems to give a d***. The worst customer service I've ever seen no phone numbers that work . Useless - parcels don't arrive, they keep telling you they've been delivered ( that's if you can manage to get hold of anyone at all), never tell you if they've left package with a neighbour etc. Complete shambles - I cannot believe companies still deal with these clowns. I arrived home from work today to find my on-line order of contact lenses torn up and strewn all over the lawn. This is the third package that fastway have thrown over my wall. The third time goods have been destroyed. Fastway have been entrusted with the safe delivery of the goods and not to play fetch with my 18 month old boxer puppy. Furthermore the tracking information clearly states that a signature has been obtained. I have not signed for the goods nor has anyone in my household signed on my behalf. So who signed for the goods? you can be sure my dog did not sign. Throwing goods over the wall is compleately unacceptable. My phone number is on the front of the package. The intercom at the gate can be answered remotely on my phone. The courier didn't even attempt to see if anyone was home nor make contact over the phone. Neighbours on both side of the house are always willing to recieve and sign for packages on my behalf should I not be at home.

Absolute disgrace of a courier service who have the cheek to call themselves that. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole but unfortunately a company I order from uses them. Every single time they can't deliver as no one home even though I am working from home and have dogs. No phone call and no card dropped even though they say they have. A bunch of incompetent liars. I can't believe they are still in operation but I guess they must be cheap as chips. Avoid at all costs

Could not reccomend Fastway to anyone Igot an email to say my parcel was delivered and signed for but I never got it eventually a friend got the driver in Nenagh to be told my parcel was in Cleary's Garage but I wasnt told that anyway they rang me tell me they had it and I eventually got it but the delivery guy was so rude and ignorant you would think it was my fault

SHAMBOLIC Ordered Christmas presents with a major high street retail chain without realising they used Fastway as their delivery service (from past experience, I usually avoid completely) but this time really takes the biscuit. My parcels have been marked "STAGED FOR NEXT DY DELIVERY" a total of 12 times now over two weeks.; today marks day 4 in a row where they got the same scan. Two completely fraudulent "attempts" at delivery were made. I was home both times, no knock on the door, no phone call. CCTV cameras show no delivery vans at the gate of the apartment complex at the times given. Last week the parcels were marked as DELIVERED with signature obtained. Now they've gone back to "staged for next day delivery". My emails go unanswered. Every phone number I've tried is disconnected. I don't even care about delivery now; these are Christmas gifts, I'll happily go to the depot to collect them if they can just give me some indication that they actually have my parcels and they haven't been lost. Retailer won't begun a refund process because the courier keeps scanning them (even if the scans are fraudulent). No idea what to do now. Can't afford to replace the items without a refund and time is running ot coming up to Christmas. NEVER again rely on Fastway to even do the most basic aspects of their jobs. Truly the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

If it was possible to give negative score out of 5 I would. Absolute joke of a company. Pretend they attempted to deliver items when it wasn’t the case at all. They say they left a note at address but then the following scan states they can’t find my address even though they delivered there before. Eircode is also on the delivery information. Company cannot be contacted by phone and email doesn’t reply. Every other courier company we deal with are on the ball. fastway are shambolic. Judging by the reviews, everyone else feels the same. From now on I Will be asking any shop I buy from what courier they use so I can avoid them. Joke!
