My package was lost by fastway couriers and until they accidentally signed it off as delivered 3 weeks later making me look into it, no one let me know. They then told me to contact the original company I purchased from to ask for a refund or replacement. When I asked if they could contact them to make them aware of what happened I was told it was not their policy or responsibility even though they admitted they lost the package and mislabelled it as delivered. I have screenshots of the full online chat which I made them aware of but the customer care agent I was speaking to did not seem to care in the least and twice ended the chat while I was responding. If you can avoid using this company do as they simply don't care about their customers or deliveries.
