If I could rate this as zero I would after a few days of going round in circles and not being listened to by your poor excuse for "customer support" being asked the same questions and just telling me a driver was at my location; yes obviously he was, as my complaint was that only one of my two packages were delivered. Then just being told to get in contact with the sender ? You were scanning a package all the way to when it was apparently delivered to my "for dr", guess it just evaporated. Thanks for the rubbish service as always! At least you guys are consistent in that. Definitely won't be using as the courier for my business.
