If I could rate this as zero I would after a few days of going round in circles and not being listened to by your poor excuse for "customer support" being asked the same questions and just telling me a driver was at my location; yes obviously he was, as my complaint was that only one of my two packages were delivered. Then just being told to get in contact with the sender ? You were scanning a package all the way to when it was apparently delivered to my "for dr", guess it just evaporated. Thanks for the rubbish service as always! At least you guys are consistent in that. Definitely won't be using as the courier for my business.

Sat in all day today waiting on this delivery - just received an email saying they 'attempted' to deliver - no one has called to this house today. Every single time Fastway are involved in my online orders, I have to follow up / chase / complain. I have yet to have an experience where they actually do what they are being paid to do. I have contacted the business who's order I am waiting on to advise them I will be closing my account with them thanks to them using this 'so called' delivery service.

Awful company to deal with. if i could leave a 0 star review i would. this is not even the first time where my tracking has said ‘unable to attempt’ when i’ve literally been home ALL day and no fastway van pulled up at my house. i even checked my flower beds 5times to see if someone had just dumped it over the fence as they usually do because they don’t care about people’s personal belongings. the first time i had to deal with fastway they never bothered to deliver it and then my package was delivered to the wrong address the next day and they expected me to go look for it. the fact that i paid €14 next day delivery and then you guys don’t even BOTHER to show up with my house and just lie and say it was unable to be delivered.. absolutely ridiculous you should be ashamed of yourselves and your customer service standards considering you’ve deleted every form of contact off your website. never ever giving you business again. hope you shut down.

Aweful company always a problem when they deliver an online purchase. Over a week waiting on a present to be delivered and it won't be delivered now on time so going to have to buy another present. On another delivery my package was dropped at a shop 6 miles away and the driver couldn't remember the name of the shop when asked so spent an evening asking around shops in that town to find it. If they are the only delivery option on a website, don't buy the product. It is my advice.

Worst delivery service where they forged my signature to say I had received the goods and I had not .I eventually got the goods but in fairness to the retailer they credited my account ......and then the goods arrived but the goods were left next door in the back yard and were discovered by accident.

Horrible service! The driver has serious anger issues and he was so rude because we weren’t at home! After telling him numeorous times to leave the parcel in the shop next time and give us a pin he started arguing that there’s no pin, but the store would’t let us pick up a package without the pin! He was so so rude and ignorant! And this isn’t the first time that we had problems with fastway! Nothing goes smoothly with them! And the disrespectful attitude after all! Horrible!!

Horrible service .. waiting on a parcel I needed for Saturday.. I ordered it last Sunday , got a email on Wednesday to say my parcel is being delivered.. on Fri I tracked the parcel it said I couldn’t be contacted.. to contact them.. I had no missed calls from anyone and no emails to tell me there was a problem..how do u contact someone when there is no number.. it’s simply not good enough, not reliable.. and by looking at these reviews I don’t know how they are still in business..so annoyed.. 😡

Fastway? Slowway more like! Sent a return from Ardee to Belfast (a half an hour drive) three weeks later it’s stuck in a depot in Dublin (an hour in the wrong direction… I mean, why didn’t they drive it the other way?!) I should have driven it back myself.

Every other courier finds my eircode, I receive every parcel on time, no problem but you guys just always need the "additional information", right? I provided every detail of my address, my phone but of course I haven't received an email or SMS or call to help find my address. I think the managers should get it together. Worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Driver had attitude with me because no phone number on parcel and my gate was locked. Filthy attitude towards a customer. Stood and argued for a good 5 mins. Not the first time I’ve had issue with them - previous time they left parcel in a house other side of town and refused to get it and bring it back . In future before ordering anything I will be checking who the couriers are and if it’s fastway then I will look elsewhere.

We were due a very important parcel last Thursday as an over night delivery.it didn't show up,we were then told it was with the driver and due late Friday evening,its Monday morning now and still no sign.customer care phone number was removed from site and any number we could obtain was repeatedly hung up for near 2hours.we are still trying to make contact.this has had a huge financial burden on our business,and we still don't know where the package is. Terrible service and we won't be using again nor will we recommend them again to any customers of ours . We will be making a full complaint

received a package on the 24th young lad with his dad .he knocked on the door handed in the box and ran before I had a chance to say or do anything . I looked at it to discover 1 side completely ripped open and nothing in side except packaging .I went out side and flagged them down as he was turning and told him of the problem and to my surprise the driver said yes he knew . Horrible! Driver did not deliver my parcel while I was waiting for it at home. I only got a voice message hours later from someone who didnt identify themselves, no contact information left, i figured just now that might have been the driver.No working phone contacts, answering machine information telling me to use website. No accountability whatsoever. I didn't know the seller would use fastway as I have heard horrible things about them. I'm now using my time and money trying figure out what to do as there's nobody to talk to. Horrible! Use them at your own risk.

Should get zero stars 3 times the package has been left out side the door (my door opens straight onto the footpath) 1 was thrown across the back wall and was broke I had to go to the shop myself to get it replaced and today I seen the driver pull up out the back of the house and leave a parcel on the wall of the neighbours house in the pissing rain thinking it was the neighbours package only for her to come home 6 hours later and drop it to my house it’s just not good enough not even to knock on the door how that driver is still in a job is unbelievable 🤬

It's a pity the default is one star as this in itself is too much for such a pathetic, shambolic excuse of a company. The service is so abysmal it's difficult to find words to describe it. The last deliveries have been damaged and left outside to the elements. Communication from this outfit is nonexistent and you have a better chance of and audience with the Pope as getting through to their customer service. I see that they offer a franchise which probably costs about a fiver as most decent people would never want to be associated with such a shyte service. Avoid!!! AVOID!!!!!!!

Issues with Fastway on a number of occasions. More recently packages being thrown across the gate with no indication they have been delivered and others left outside the front door on a busy main street. I've tried calling and emailing customer service to no avail. One star is more than this company deserves.
