I cannot complain about the delivery service whatsoever but the customer service quality in Kilkenny depot is surprisingly poor. The phone calls are not being answered within working hours and if it happens they are being dealt with unfriendly and unhelpful manner. Speaking about the hours - they close 15min earlier as a general rule despite the information on their website. Maybe I was just unlucky on several occasions so wish them well, they are better than their local competitors anyway...

Leave items on addresses (laptop 1550,00€) without name and surname confirmation in hands of first person that they see in front of house. When warned about it, very rude and yelling lady named Sharon hungs up on me in midlle of conversation. Avoid.

Had large expensive items damaged beyond repair while in transit , sent emails and Contacted DPD and sent various emails to their customer service, no one has gotten back to me to at all in regards Compensation for the damages , absolutely disgrace, I will be taking this to the consumers rights authority and local radio station

Got text message to say that parcel would be delivered Wednesday afternoon between certain times. Time passed. No delivery. |Phoned depot and was told that deliveries were running late. No delivery. Checked tracking and saw that they couldn't deliver as address was incorrect. Item returned to depot. Checked order details. Name, address, eir code, phone no. all perfect. Contacted DPD again. It appears that sender did not include Post Code on parcel

Always terrible service. Was told me package would be delivered Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and they said it would be delivered Wednesday. Waited by the phone on Wednesday, the time passed and no call. I got the drivers number and he told me he tried to call me but it turns out he had typed in my number incorrectly. He then said he was gone from my area and wouldn't be back until Thursday. No such thing as sorry, no attempt to get my parcel to me today. Absolutely awful service for an error made on their part. Would give zero stars if I could.

Two out of two failed deliveries in two weeks. No communication even tracking information said that they had contacted client. Stayed around all afternoon waiting for delivery. Never again going to use this service. I won't use a retailer that uses dpd kilkenny to deliver. No stars would be a closer review. How hard is it to deliver an item

Just returned from the Kilkenny Depot after collecting a parcel. Couldn't believe my eyes as the DPD staff threw parcels sliding along the floor from one side of the warehouse to the other. What really amazed me was he wouldn't serve me until he was finished.
