A bit hidden in the rural area of Collon. But don’t worry you’re not lost, you’ll get there eventually. Friendly staff and fast enough service. But wish I didn’t have to drive all the way here just to drop a return parcel (the scanner at a parcel drop zone in drogheda didn’t work)

Absolutely fed up with this company and the driver that delivers to Togher area in Co. Louth. The parcels are never left at the house door ( never mind knocking) even when only few metres away from where they are left. And are always handled badly with the boxes broken most of the times and with some damage to the products. I regularly have pet food and other pet products delivered but also even more fragile things. This morning an expensive shower system from Amazon that could have been stolen but also the box was damaged. I’ll see if it works when installed… I am guessing it was delivered by DPD as anpost and other couriers do leave parcels at the door and call and delivered intact. On few occasions that they were delivering small parcels and I was sitting where I could see the driver coming, he just threw the parcel onto the door mat as could not be bothered to walk less than a metre further. I have complained on the past with no resulting changes to the service at all. Unfortunately when I contacted the sender and explained the situation, it seems dpd is the only available company?? I will be contacting them again with photographs of the shipment condition when delivered and see if st last something is sorted.

Very poor communication with local office, new from the start as soon as I saw mister auto using dpd we were going to have problems, waiting ages for the package to arrive,, tracking updates very poor,, and then when it did arrive I no longer needed as I purchased elsewhere, mister auto was aware of this and told me to refuse the package but unfortunately it was mixed in with an other delivery,,, so I rang the office immediately and the girl in office said she will ask the driver to pop back and collect that day or Tuesday following day,,,, guess what,,, yep,,, no collection,,, I then rang back Wednesday and was advised just to leave package out front if safe to do so and I aggreed,, nothing Wednesday, Thursday, so decided to ring Friday,, no awnser,,, rang again shortly after and still no awnser,,, here we are 9 days later and package still sitting out front,,, mister auto has been informed and I told them I will not be purchasing from mister auto car parts anymore...

Avoid this company if you can , in special depot 43 very bad experience .. they held my parcel for 5 day with no reason and the driver never contact me in relation with delivery that he have to do in this day and i received a message with delivery time..just told that couldn't find me ...i was rescheldue my delivery every day and waiting for that...at end i collected by myself from this depot ..they never answer by phone..emails..chat..paid for express delivery...very disgraceful service !

COMPLETE DISGRACE!! Tracking says called but no one was home on multiple days. Very strange considering we work from home. Rescheduled for a certain day. Tracking shows no attempt to deliver on that day. I would be ashamed and embarrassed to work for this company no pride or integrity in there work. And of course no answer from any of there phone lines, emails or Chat options. Just hang up your jackets guys and disappear!

Ordered a package from Currys, was confirmed as delivered, however I did not receive it. Spoke to 4 different customer service reps, all told me it would be sorted and they would call me the day after. Only received one call back as a result to tell me it wasn't sorted. Waiting on a call from the driver, nothing. One CSR said that it was delivered to a house a good kilometre and a half away from me. Now waiting near a month for the package. Absolute farce of a service.
