I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD BUT I NEED PEOPLE TO SEE THIS! I would consider myself a patient and understanding person but I have never met a more incompetent company with horrible customer service. I had to ring to get a confirmation on when the delivery of my frozen food was arriving and after several phone calls and be fobbed off to different people and being on hold for over 20 minutes and then been hung up on I finally got a message letting me know that my delivery was to be here from 13:50 - 14:50, now after an hour past the time and another several phone calls it is still not here and it is almost six o clock in the evening. I have waited around all day I am back to work tomorrow on a 12 hour shift just to have spent my ONE day off waiting for someone that still hasn't arrived yet. I find this absolutely disgraceful

Terrible service… The driver Michael never contacts with me when I have parcels and on top of everything they don’t give me to change the delivery date neither the time… I am so disappointed. That’s not the first time this is happening either… I had a parcel to be delivered and he never came to give it to the address neither to call. The package ended to be returned and we never got our money back… Dpd services needs lots of work

I am working now for years with dpd in Europe (Austria - Netherlands - Germany - Belgium and Ireland) I have to say , the driver who is delivering Cootehill - Madabawn is the best and most friendly driver I ever had all over Europe , always on time and always there to help you a hand. I never asked the man’s name but he deserves really a flower from the company, you should have more drivers like him 😉

Appalling service! Expecting delivery today... delivered 3 hours late to the wrong address! Previous 2 deliveries all delivered to the wrong address... thrown over somebody's gate into their driveway, left out in the rain! Contacted customer service each time to report mistakes with no effect... they just couldn't care less!

Waste of time dpd cavan. Lazy people. I tried to chase up a package that was 5 days late. Was told the driver had tried to deliver but no one was at home even though our CCTV shows no one coming to the house. I then rang the Cavan branch/office where the woman got angry at me and then hung up on me, for trying to enquire about my delivery. A joke of a company.

DPD Cavan and Head Office Dublin are the most unprofessional delivery company I have ever had to deal with on every occasion. I would advise anyone to avoid using this company at all times especially the cavan depot. I would rate the business acumen at 0. Or another way to put it Mickey Mouse CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would say a trained carrier pigeon would provide a better service. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGRACEFUL SERVICE. Even at head office in Dublin not a clue on how to communicate or solve a problem. Take it or leave it attitude. Shameful.

I orderd a package of amazon i normaly have no problems and this time i had a problem due to the fact it was a DPD van delivering the package. the package was late a week and half and there excuse was they couldnt find my house even with the eircode. nothing but bad excuses and poor service.

Every department seemingly ran by clowns. Got notification that parcel delivered but got home and it wasn't there. I contacted DPD to see if they could contact the driver to see where exactly it had been delivered to. They refused to deal with me and referred me to the website I bought the item from. Next day an old gentleman from down the street turned up at my door advising that they delivered it to his house! I wanted to make a complaint but their website is setup so that it's nearly impossible to find the complaints procedure. Eventually found complaint email which turned out to be Director of Customer Service, Sinead Croke's email address. So I sent a complaint email. Received reply 3 days later saying that she was too busy to deal with my complaint and fobbed me off to one of her subordinates.

2 deliveries in 2 weeks both were redirected to Dublin and wexford why? They had my eir code on them both parcels were damaged. If I had a choice I'd not use again but all local companies do. Overall a very poor service and late deliveries, the last 1 was 2 weeks late because of the redirect Ovaid if possible

I'm right here at my front door and dpd left a 10kg plus package on top of my pillar, the gate was not locked and easily opened, i was at the front door with door open and out of pure laziness the delivery man didn't bother to come to the door with the package - i didn't get to sign for it or anything AND when i rang to ask customer service for help ( within 5 mins of him driving off) the woman kept talking over me in a condescending tone and saying ''well he said the gate was locked, im stuck in the middle'' really just full of excuses .I have extremely bad Rheumatoid Arthritis and therefore I am unable to lift heavy things, its now starting to rain and my cardboard box is outside. All i can do now is cover it with plastic until someone can help me carry it indoors. IM disgusted with DPD today.
