Recently visited the post office for the first time in a long time to send off a parcel! Staff were super welcoming and friendly, I was a bit clueless with prices and types of packaging etc, but they done all of the work for me! A really easy and pleasant process! Thanks ladies! Will definitely visit again in future! 🥰

Lovely friendly staff & very helpful. They are considerate & kind to all clients young or old. The Facebook page has become informative & useful for seeing other services on offer too. Well done to Tara & the staff.

Counter staff have a dreadful manner. One busy chatting with a friend, who had completed her business (who then hunkered down outside the counter to chat through the opening) and ignored those of us waiting to be served; the other, who dealt with me ignored my greeting, took my card and processed the payment, slung it back through the hatch; then proceeded to chat over her shoulder to another member of staff, pushed the money through the hatch and my receipt and never once acknowledged me as a customer not even looked at me. Clearly, no customer service training and no basic manners!

The only reason this isn't one star is because there is one nice and helpful person working here. The rest of the staff are rude and unhelpful.

Awful service lost at least 10 parcels that I have tried to post this year. If I don’t send the parcel registered it’s like a lottery I never know if it’s gonna arrive at its destination. More than 100€ loss this year.
