Unbelievably bad service. Don't answer phone, parcels not delivered by postman, they say you were not at home but you were. You then have to ring to see if parcels are in the office, spend over an hour trying to get an answer. When you complain you are told , take it up with the postman. Where is the manager? Who is managing the manager???

They never answer the phone but once they did there was a man really rude with a strong Irish accent. It was hard to understand him as I am not a native speaker and he was talking to me loud and weird . Maybe he thought I wouldn't get a word. I was just asking him if he could check an order but he was trying to convince me that it should not be there . Anyway I had to go there in person and explain him , he was still rude . I understand that we could have a bad day but while working in customer service you need to smile at least and be kind . Thank you

Employees of Baldoyle sorting office are signing for registered parcel without delivering them. tracking history will show package as delivered but recipient will never receive the package. Few attempts to understand where my parcel disappeared ended up without success, employees are rude on the phone and you are the guilty party here . Are the are stealing the parcels or they are that incompetent? I am waiting a call back from the manager but I have a little hope as according to feedbacks i am not the first one who's parcels got lost in Baldoyle sorting office ..

Once had to wait for over 10 minutes for staff to come. No matter the bell button. And it has a really unfriendly location. Post is popular choice for people without car in Dublin. So if customs intercept the parcel, or there are some problems with delivery you have to get off the train on Howth Junction and walk like 2 km to the post (without any noticeable directions). While I appreciate the postman that brings parcels at home (and probably works in same post), this post office is so-so.

Parcels and letters are missing even registered. In the system is that was delivered. Nightmare. This what they do is a crime.

My experience with this location has been incredibly positive. I live in an apartment complex that makes it impossible to receive packages if I am not home when An Post arrives to deliver. I am usually home so this is rarely an issue. On the occasions I have had issues recieving my packages, I have: 1)picked it up - first thing in the morning, right before Christmas, in and out in less than 5 min, 2) had a parcel that required a signature redelivered, 3) a package that they said I was not home for, but I was, led me to call and they called me when the delivery person was outside (just at the wrong door, so it made it hard for him to buzz my apartment) and 4) another package that said I wasn't home when I was and when I called this morning (after letting it ring a very long time - I am sure they are busy getting the mail sorted), they told me that I could come and get it as the driver had already left for his deliveries that day. I do not drive in Ireland and it is a fair walk so I said that I would be in this evening when my husband could drive me. I was pleasantly surprised at noon when someone from An Post delivered my package to my apartment. I have always had a successful resolution to any problem I may have. I think they are doing a fabulous job.

I can answer your questions ! YES they are stealing parcels at the Baldoyle sorting office !!! I ordered my partner her birthday present online due to shops being closed (covid) after waiting 8 days contact suppliers informed me that my item shows on (an post tracking) out for delivery 26-April-2021 ! Telephone calls to both Baldoyle sorting office and an post customer service with responses of (nobody knows where it is) (manager is investigating and will call) supplier also made calls to which they were told I’d been in contact myself and manger would be calling me Friday 7th may !!! No manager or anyone attempted to call !!!! Seems a few parcels have been stolen out of the Baldoyle sorting office !!!!!!!! This place needs investigated by police ! Run by criminals!!!!!

Never answer the phone, don't provide proper info on the missing parcels and their delivery guys are in such a hurry that after ringing door bell once, don't bother waiting longer than 5 seconds. Had multiple bad experiences with this branch, they should really work on improving their customer service.
