I have to share my experience with this depot or warehouse, I had a situation that I changed my address, I tried the customer care number they asked an sms , I ain't received any. Later a last try I just emailed and a guy by name Owen responded to me and sorted my address change issue. Kudos to the team

Bad management fill employees with lies took people on for Xmas period brought them trough induction and never once said this job will finish on 22 December they went on about progression and opportunity’s that they will give there staff and all supervisors telling employees if they miss anymore days they won’t be offered a contract even told employees to work harder if they want to earn a contract witch was all lies because everyone they took on and gave false promises they said goodbye to them all used and abused them worked us like slaves and said thanks for all the hard work and goodbye we were all shocked inc myself the head guy in office explained thet dpd is a thankless job why didn’t he say that at the induction I would have walked away And HR come across as if they will be there for you if you need help nothing but lies HR is 100 percent DPD sneaky and will con you out of wages should be investigated by WRC

Highly unprofessional , total lack of care and commitment to the customer and the Dpd franchise. I've had packages arrive days late , thrown over the wall and left out in the pouring rain , thousands of euros worth of property left strewn outside my house and taken by the wind and soaking wet only to find them underneath our hedge. Kids Christmas presents thrown over our wall only for our kids to discover , when at any time all they had to do is telephone or just simply drive in. Highly unprofessional , and management don't seem to care and don't return any calls. A nightmare for any business to have to rely on .
