Absolutely cannot praise your driver Eddie that delivers around Ennis, highly enough. Eddie rang my mobile before he arrived at my house, to see if any children were home with me, he was delivering from Smyth's toy shop a large box with picture of the boxed Christmas present on the outside of the box. He had no problems delivering to my Mom's house across town and left inside her garage. Fantastic service as always from Eddie and thinking his thinking ahead was so important with this delivery

Always delighted to see that DPD are the chosen courier for my orders. They are super efficient and have excellent communication, confirming when they receive my order, allowing me to track the parcel and receiving another email on the morning of delivery. I LOVE that they send a text giving an hour window for delivery along with the driver name so that I'm not waiting around and guessing when my order will arrive. Their communication and professionalism is phenomenal. Would absolutely recommend to any person/business in need of a courier service.

Rang the Clare office numerous times. Answering machine telling me to ring again. Attempted to contact the Limerick depot on numerous times where an answering machine put the call through only for the line to go dead after a few rings. Eventually made contact with the Athlone office where a competent customer service official answered on the first attempt and ealt with my issue in a very professional manner. Rating 1 for both Clare & Limerick. Rating 5 for Athlone

If I could give this company no stars that’s what I would have said. They are impossible to deal with. My parcel tracking shows as delivered yet the driver never actually came to my house. The name of the driver who was supposed to be delivering my parcel was actually off work on that day. The customer service is ridiculous when you eventually get through to them. Four times I have been onto different agents and yet no reply just all empty promises. We cannot locate the items which are electronic so if thrown out in the rain will no longer work. I don’t know why Amazon use this useless service. This is the third time we have had issues with “missing” parcels. Absolutely disgraceful.

They lost my parcel. Said they'd deliver it the following day. They have not. Customer service is nonexistent. Their only number that works and I'm left on hold for 2 hours each time talking to a bot. None of their depot numbers work. Infuriating service to deal with!!!!

One of the worst delivery companies probably in Europe. Wasn't home when the parcel came to my house. Got emailed saying it was at a pick up spot. Went there it was sent back according to the shop. Still get text messages and emails saying it's at the pick up spot. No way to contact them.

under no circumstances use this crowd of cowboys!! absolutely useless.. nothing but ridiculous excuses and lies.. pony express would be far more effective,,, i would rather allow a hoard of drunken travellers on sulkys deal with my deleveries... without doubt sky tv customer service and vodafone provide a more adept service. this lot are the labour party of couriers.. use at your peril. obviously they recruit from the deepest gene pool

It’s unbelievable that an employee from this company this morning called to my home to collect a medical unit and wasn’t wearing a mask. Furthermore, the man took umbrage when I stopped him entering my hallway because he wasn’t wearing any face cover. What is the policy of DPD on this Matter? COVID is spiking again and this is disgraceful behaviour by this company employee, especially as I have chronic underlying conditions. Brendan Murray.
