Been waiting for my new phone. Urgently needed my new one today for work tomorrow. It says sorted in Dublin PARCEL HUB 12 of all places! Your reviews arent good enough. If you can't deliver or do your job, then shut down as a centre. Not good for the business that send their parcels to you for you to the last step.

The facility is closed to the public. Two pieces of paper are glued to the window with the information provided for people trying to get customer support. No way to speak to any member of staff on the premises, and the first phone number is not available.

I have a parcel paid for priority postage from America, was sent on the 10th arrived on the 17th and paid €125 customs taxes and is sitting in the hub since then. I have spoke to 2 people on Messenger and their justification for their incompetency is we have a backlog. But had no backlog when it came to collecting money for postage and taxes. They need to pull it together in this hub. Now they won't answer the messenger.

I'm trying to contact someone, I've already emailed and tried calling but no one responds, my package was sorted on April 1st and then there was no update, so today it was sorted again and it said it couldn't deliver my parcel and I will try to send it back, but I have not received any delivery attempt on my package and my address is correct

I had a very positive experience yesterday. My niece was waiting for essential travel documents, and there was a significant time pressure. I spoke to a lovely gentleman in the office. He could not have been helpful, ensured the documents were delivered on time and followed up with a call to both my niece and l today.

I was waiting over 2 months for package from China. It was electronic cigarette (no tobacco products). Dublin parcel hub hold it 1 month in customs and then decided the product is prohibited and sent it back and noone informed me. I called today on customs and they just apologise me but product was already send back.I got few same products before from China without any problems. At least what they should do is inform customer.

Ordered an item from Dublin to Cork. If things are going well you'd expect next day delivery (as I have experienced in the past). But nope An Post says its been sorted here since 8 days ago with no updates on when it'll arrive. The worst part was this was an urgent delivery!!! Next time I'll drive up and back. No faith in the service

Another Dirty Stain on what Ireland classifies as public services. It took 13 hours from the time i purchased something on a Sunday morning from a seller in Berlin,Germany for it to arrive in this country. Waste of time & money for her to package,post,& have DHL Fly the item premium postage for it to sit in a warehouse in Dublin for the last 15 days. Disgraceful service,Royal mail provided a much better service 500 years ago.

Got a parcel sent to me (from dublin). Went through this center and is stuck there for 6 days (and counting). Contacted customer service and they told me to wait up to 2 weeks. Its a waste of our money and an absolute joke.

My package arrived in the parcel hub on the 7th, I received a text informing me it would be delivered within 3 working days, 10 days later still hasn't left parcel hubs warehouse. I contacted the seller who is trying to get it sorted but still having left their warehouse. While another parcel, posted after this one from the same company had been sorted in a different office and arrived within the 3 working day's. This department needs to be investigated, they are dragging down the good work of the other warehouses.

Really disappointed 😞 tracking number said arrived at hub 13th of May, it's now 20th May still parcel hasn't left the hub, called them and said it left last evening but tracking said still there, web chatted with one them, and says there was a delay, but guy on the phone manage to find my parcel within seconds. What in the world is going on in there.

I do understand that these are far from normal times due to COVID. I’m questioning though why it is taking so long to process my package at Dublin Parcel Hub, Dublin 12. On December 7, 2020 my package was at An Post in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. Then on December 18 it was at the Dublin Parcel Hub, Dublin 12 and there it still located according to the tracking # LF024995240IE. I researched to see if there is a holdup on shipping to the U.S. from Ireland and as of September 29, items are cleared to ship to the U.S. again. Just wish someone would find it and move it on out to next location. Merry Christmas everyone!

Received email saying my parcel was delivered to the hub on the 3rd Februray. Its now the 8th and still no sign. I live about 25 mins drive away from tbe hub. And of course, I've just went to call them today, Saturday but hey ho, they don't open Saturdays. Which is ridiculous for a capital Citys main postal hub. Get it together!
