The most appalling customer service! This place is not fit for purpose. A staff member refused to take may parcels for international delivery claiming that no flights were going. I rang An Post to find that this was not the case at all. There are no restrictions on post going to the U.S. This woman was rude, and obnoxious at the desk to two other customers on the queue before me. The Post Master of this location should be ashamed having such an employee in a customer facing role.

Dont you love it when you hear the parcel driver drive up to your house, proceedsto take out a page out straight away and write out that you missed a parcel delivery while clearly standing behind the door waiting for him to knock/ring the bell so you wont intimidate him?
