Absolutely terrible. The parcel was sent 5 weeks ago and although I am sure the Italian post were responsible for the delay, when the parcel was finally in Ireland it took 2 weeks from Laois to Dublin. In the meantime I received an email that my parcel was delivered in tipperary. I rang and they told me that was not my parcel..but they did not know where my registered parcel was. I have the parcel and I am delighted but I can give more than 1 star.

Awful service. Postman stole parcels. Then scanned and put in system status delivered. Also many parcels did not delivered and sent back to sender without any notice to me. Already complained to that post office but no result at all.
