Terrible service by drivers in the Letterkenny area on multiple occasions. Most recently, package left on grass not anywhere near the door or even over the garden fence, was lucky it was seen quickly as there was a high possibility it could’ve been stolen (doorbell was not rung and there was someone home)! Absolutely awful company! No number to call or contact them. I had a delivery on the 11th which I never received! The tracking said delivered and it was a really expensive package. I emailed TWICE!!! No response. It says delivered on the tracking despite me being home all day and can confirm no delivery was made. Then on the website it says at the hub, I went to the letterkenny one and saw it was closed at 5.30...why say open until 8pm if you aren't?! Absolutely ridiculous...

This is by far the WORST Courier/Delivery service I have ever dealt with! You cannot reach them by 'phone or any other way, some of the Drivers insist on leaving parcels at their most convenient point, which can be miles from the address, they never deliver on time, parcels can be in the van for days before being delivered, I am giving one Star only because it is impossible to give any less. Totally useless company.

This company is known as 'Slowway' in our house, as everywhere else. Maybe they send the stuff via New Zealand? Of course they are cheap, which is why companies use them. Even worse than Dire Parcel Delivery [DPD] which is saying something.

A one is actually too good. Paid for my parcel to be collected for next day delivery and still no sign of anyone to pick it up. I tried to call the nurse west Depot and it rings but then goes to an engaged tone. Money making scam if you ask me. Stay clear of this company

Have been receiving deliveries for years from Fastway for my business and never been a problem. Couriers call to arrange alternative drop point if I am not open and are all courteous. When one box was sent to a wrong depot on a Friday, Andy the manager went out of his way to the warehouse on a Saturday morning and again on the Saturday afternoon to try and find it for me and rang me three times to keep me informed. Top Class.

My wife is expecting a parcel today, (Friday), being delivered by Fastway. She received a call from the courier who basically said I can't find your address. When asked if he could deliver it to her place of work, she was told that he was a bit too far away and he would deliver it on Monday! In other words, "I can't be bothered turning around"! This is not the first problem we have encountered with Fastway. How they stay in business I don't know. Checking the website, there does not seem to be a telephone number for the depot. Absolutely rubbish at doing the job they are paid to do.

The telephone number listed is not even ringing. I obtained 3 different mobile numbers for my local depot/drivers .... no reply to calls or texts! Depot closed at 15.00 on Friday 21 June when we called to try locate our package????? Still no joy. Dreadful service...
