I can’t believe these cowboys are still in business. They repeatedly “deliver” my parcel when I’m not home and leave no tracking information. It’s pretty basic to leave information to tell the customer where to find their parcel. They leave nothing. And when you contact customer care to find out where the parcel is, they don’t respond. Ever. I’ve complained to Fastway numerous times and they’ve never responded. Customer care is non existent. It’s an absolutely appalling courier service and I would strongly discourage any retailer from using them.

The worst courier company in Ireland. Customer service is non existent. They never deliver when they are supposed to. Asos next day delivery was due on Tuesday, it is now Saturday and still no delivery. Not the first bad experience I’ve had with them either

This is just the second time order is returned as a unable to a temp and I’ve just spent my whole day at watching the window to make sure I was going to receive my parcel. You must improve your delivery service and your site is terrible. Stop telling lies. My sender told me that I refuse to accept the package the fact is they did not contact me to deliver it. I have given my phone number and my address plus eircode to my sender because Fastway need it. I waited but no sign of them

Trying to find an email to lodge complaint but no details given on website. Missed a call on Friday morning as I was in a meeting. Rang baanted my eircode. Gave it to him and he said he had already left the area so no delivery that day. Parcel was already 2 days behind due date on Wednesday 22nd March. Refused to bring it back told me he would get to me on Monday. Today is Monday no sign so I rang him again and first he denied speaking with me. Then said he dropped it back to depot and he won't be in my area. While I was on the phone a courier from Fastways arrives at the door with a parcel for my sister and nothing for me . Awful service. Rude, unhelpful and didn't even apologise.

The online tracking is useless to be honest. I received tracking number on Thursday evening. Only on monday midday it noted that package was picked up and on route to destination. I was worried as I needed it urgently. I gave them an email as instructed on Monday afternoon. They replied around 5pm that day saying that the package has not come to the local sorting office in Laois as of yet ( was travelling from galway) At this stage I'm wondering where on earth could the package be for the past 4 days! On Wednesday morning early the package had been left outside my door... Im thinkjng ut had to have been in the local sorting depot the day before, when they didn't realise it. And the online tracking still just said the same thing as earlier, it never gives any stage of the transport...

Izabela from Fastway in Tullamore, Co. Offaly is an amazing super woman. She is always nice as well as professional. I once mentioned that I had a spinal surgery and she still remembers it and handles my parcels without any hastle. She is always nice equally to everyone as I notice in my neighbourhood and most especially to the kids. She always makes sure that the parcels safe and sound. So thoughtful! Sometimes I wonder how a woman carry these heavy parcels all day, but she is so amazing and outstanding! Things that she does and treats everybody shows that she does her job with full dedication. Such a human angel. I greatly hope people like her be recognized well by their employers and receive the best bonus in the employing company. Employers should value their real assets including Izabela!💕

I would give them zero stars if i could. Basically useless company that have contracts with ASOS, Pretty little thing, Boohoo. Cheap as cheap could be. no contact via email or phone, and the delivery drivers do not care. They deliver your package but throw it against your front door and do not knock.

Parcel was delivered to the wrong estate and left against the door of a house with the same number as mine. They then sent me a notification saying the parcel was delivered and signed for. Thankfully for me, I was wise to their ways and went hunting for the parcel because this was not the first time it has happened. Unfortunately when ordering stuff online you don't get to choose the courier otherwise I would never, ever, ever use this company. I can highly recommend that you DO NOT use this company.
