Had an experience in that post office the assistant refused to take my prepaid envelope without a receipt, she said she had no proof I had paid for it she said it should be stamped. I explained that I had actually bought two of the the week previous in that same post office and no one stamped them or explained the process she laughed when I asked if I would have to pay the 6 euros again . I had another box to post to the Uk, she took that I paid and the box arrived back on my door step with the code on the sender side . When I challenged this she denied it all. I have to go back to the main post office to post my parcels where the staff are always helpful friendly and pleasant

Called asking about more information about bulk mail, as other line on post office was busy. Was promptly answered 'no' to my question and that's that. No other information provided. Very awkward and bad service.
