Well done to Lorraine for turning what was an abandoned bank building into an essential part of the fabric of the town. It's a vibrant place with all the postal facilities you'd expect along with lots of stationery, greeting cards and pocket money toys for kids. The book shelf raising money for medical treatment for a local person is great to and has raised over €2k since Sept 2015. Keep it up Lorraine and team.

The postoffice in passage west has a wide variety of things for sale...they also have a book for a donation for charity which I think is very good idea..they have raised over €6000 through this scheme...the staff are very friendly and helpful....

Friendly staff. Queues are never too long 'cept maybe on social welfare day. There's a fair amount of tatt on sale as you enter but also a donate a book corner which is decent. I guess the PO needs to do what it can to stay profitable. Better setup than when it was at the back of a shop.
