I've experienced bad service, I've also experienced a terrible service but the when it comes to an post, the service (and the customer care) is so appalling, I fail to put it in words. I have multiple posts missing my address but the two motioned below top the list. 1. I've my passport (Registered post here) delivered to some other address and even after contacting them over the phone and opening a case, they didn't deliver my passport. I was lucky that the guy to whom they delivered my passport, he came to my house to give it to me. 2. After I moved house. I had a redirection service enabled and a week after the address forward was set up, I got a missed delivery letter from anpost, Rang them a few times and they said they could've run out of labels (Mind you, this is the first time they were redirecting my post) and I'm to collect it myself. No tracking number, no way to find out what did I miss and no help with anyone over the phone. Given an option, I would not choose anpost to deliver my mails.
