The old lady force you to pay for a envolope for a free-label-ready return, even when you bring your own package. Very unreasonable and won't listen to customer. Even after I paid for the envolope and ask her to hand it back she refused. This shouldn't happen. So rude. Worst an post employee I ever seen.
