Fast way carriers do not deliver if you have a gate in case you have a dog . A few parcels have not been delivered properly to my address 300 meters away from my home . . expensive items in parcels. Just left at the side of the road.. if I could give you a half a star I would. Very bad service Never again will I use fast way careers. . The person should be sacked not doing their job to a high standard .

I was awaiting a package which showed they had operational delays. The package was important above all I was travelling next day which means I won’t be able to receive it for next 14 days and eventually it will be sent back to merchant. Seeing the other reviews I was first terrified to go in and ask for package but I still tried. I met a gentleman name “PETER”, after discussing and providing tracking code he told me the package is one of the big package box they have. Peter went in and went through almost 20-25 packages until he found mine. Their were almost 100 of them. Seeing him from distance made me realise that Peter is really going above and beyond to help me. Eventually he found the package and handed over to after clearing on the system. Thank you Peter for the help.

One star It won’t let me give zero Dreadful service. Booked collection on Friday 9th for collection Monday 12th . Package was never collected Support is a joke No phone contact available Web form and emails routed to what I assume is an agency possibly not even based on Ireland I got one reply to 5 contacts and the reply made it obvious that they had not read the message. A request for a refund was answered with ‘ we cannot help you until the parcel is scanned into our system’ All requests anywhere for a refund have been ignored It seems that they can do this because there is no regulation whatsoever Please be careful if you use this atrocious company

Absolute nightmare to deal with Waiting on a delivery from Eir who use Fastway Couriers This has gone on for 3 weeks now I have sent messages letting them know when I'm home and mu phone no They called on a few occasions when I was out and despite my request to leave with neighbours or ring me neither happened I got a message today to say my parcels would be delivered today and I stayed in once again to no avail Mullingar is the local depot and I offered to collect myself through Eir but no response from Couriers and alas phone doesn't work Help Help Help !

The most incompetent delivery service company ever. Boohoo’s orders are sent with FastWay! So if you want some stress then go ahead and order. I have to give 1 star as I cannot post this review without it. Customer service can arrange for me to collect my package but they can’t employee drivers that actually know what they are doing. Lazy company with lazy drivers.

The worst delivery company ever. Had my packages stolen more than once. Drivers are lazy and want me to come to them to pick up my parcels. I am sorry is this my job or yours? Customer service nonexistent. If you have a complaint they basically tell you to sod it. Pathetic.

The worst, horrendous, terrible customer service ever!!!!! Unfortunately I did not choose them. If I could, never ever fastway anymore!!!! I was awating for my parcel, very important item for me.After 10 days when I checked their website and put tracking number surprisingly parcel was tagged as delivered!!! On that particular day, when parcel suppose to be delivered I was at home all day long!!! Never receive anything!!! Try to ring them, what you think did happened? Nobody answer the phone, ever, even if you call them a milion times. Right,went to website,click on support,all you can do you can write email and send them. Answer was , somebody will contact me within 48 hours. Ok. 48 hours are approx. two weeks by now. I did send 4 emails, no answer, no reply, no phone call, nothing!!!! Yesterday I find the closest depot , drove there, agent said it's not theirs, they not resposible for that,nothing what he can do, parcel belong to Mullingar depot!!!! I've asked him what should I do. He move with shoulders, drive to Mullingar,he said.Are you kiding me FASTWAY!!! Tried to ring to Mullingar depot, number I've called doesn't exist!!! How shoul I contact you!! No phone calls answered, no mails replied!!! This is the most terrible delivery company ever!! Do not use them, stay away!!!!! This company should be banned!!!!

I couldn't choose with which courier my parcel is going to be delivered. Sadly, it had to be Fastway, so now, my parcel is automatically gone/ being send back to the seller, because they always need "more information". No response to my e-mails with the aquired contact details. A contact phone number is non-existent. Sadly, I overall had nothing but bad experiences with Fastway Couriers and the Reviews are speaking for themselves. For everyone who had a successfull delivery with fastway: Congrats! But I personally won't recommened them.

I cannot give half a star , local pick up is great ( Alan) after that its third world service, painting not only damaged but now missing since November , initial communications was sufficient , now.. nothing, keep well away from this company , absolute shambles. Sorry Alan , you couldn't save them from this review.

Over the last year we've bought numerous items from overseas. I'm' guessing between 20-30. We've had only issues 3 times with deliveries, each time it was Fastway, we've had to go and collect ourselves on each occasion, really unbelievable. Customer service is shocking

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, package has been in their depot since 23rd of December, 31st of December and still no sign of it. Has been “misdirected” 3 times with the promise of it coming the next working day and it never does. Very very very unhappy and angry!!!! This service does’t deserve any star rating, if 0 stars was an option i would choose it!

Limerick fastway depot. If could leave zero stars would worst company and no customer service at all. Package in there depot since 10th december and still not delivered yet and it is now the 18th december. Would definitely not recommend this company and any online company that uses them j wont be ordering from them. Dpd courier company are alot better and had my order delivered within 2 working days.

Absolutely no way of contacting this Co - unbelievably poor customer service. Spent 3 hrs on phone(mobile) awaiting a reply. Started off as no 47 in queue, when i reached no 1, I got cut off each time, this happened 3 times, each time the queue was 38 - 46 respectively, so then I realised there cannot have been a queue at all - just dont answer phone calls. I emailed dozens of times - never got a reply. Terrible Co. Dont employ these to deliver anything.

Horrible service ! Parcel that should be delivered in 2 days was delivered in 10 days ! When we contacted seler -seler told us that parcel is out on delivery long time ago ! But my wife is at home all the time so nobody never ring our door bell and same was with the mobile so we know that its not us ! Never had this kind of situations with DPD or anpost ! And yeah I almoust forgot when parcel finaly was delivered guy ring us on phone and told us to go out to collect parcer by clinic near by to our house - he said that he is waiting for us there . So I run out quick as I could to that location and gues what nobody was there ! Delivery guy apeared after another 5+ mins ! Horrible service

Fastway continue to leave my parcels in the recycling bin even though the delivery man was told not to do this again. Today my doorbell rang and I went to the Door straight away only to find the delivery man walking away to his van, he shouted its in the blue bin, this bin was full and the parcel was wet as it was snowing heavily, if I had not been home I would not have found this parcel as no note left and also the parcel would not of been spotted because the bin would of been collected tomorrow. Rang customer service to ask that the delivery man not do this again as my parcel could of been destroyed, I was on hold for 20 minutes no answer. Appalling service Fastway.
