Absolutely disgusted with my treatment at Baylough post office today. I had my 1st return to Amazon so i wasn't sure what i was doing. I had 2 papers that needed to put into the box and 2 for the outer box, as i approached the counter i said "i need to return" but was cut short with "that box needs to be sealed up" she said. I obviously knew that as i carried it in from my home, from the car where my children where (my eldest whom is 15 and i had just picked up from her last junior cert exam, 9 and 1) i asked had she some cellotape she said "NO" i asked could i buy some she "behind you" i started to scan the shelf, to where there was no cellotape and she just sat there looking at me as i awkwardly looked for it. What annoyed me is i could see a brown tape and cellotape roll beside her. I will never step foot inside the doors again of that shop. Main post office an absolute dream, packaged 📦 me up with 2 12cm long tape on my package and attached my labels.
