Another company without customer service Typical standard ,company without phone number, for customer completely without chance to solve their lack of interest to serve at all. My parcel disappear in fastway facility. this is all I got from fast way Hi Thank you for contacting Fastway. I have investigated this shipment and it appears to have been misdirected within our Network and we haven't been able to locate. If you contact your supplier they will arrange next steps with you. Absolutely atrocious. Zero tracking for the duration of this delivery process. Was alerted to my delivery by a loud bang outside my home. Delivery driver just threw the box at my front door. No knock, no signature request. Driver was back in his van and on his way when I went to the door.

This courier company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They have limited ways to contact them, even when you do find a way to contact them they don’t answer. They held my package hostage for close to two months when I was supposed to get it the week after I ordered it. It was an expensive package and they left it outside my door and didn’t even knock and where it could have gotten damaged or stolen . I don’t know if this company prides themselves on being incompetent but it seems so. Guessing by the 1 star review and the multiple complaints in the reviews, this company is due an evaluation and is in need of major improvement cause this isn’t cutting it at all.

Worst Courier Service I have ever experienced. 3 times in the space of 3 months someone who sent me goods arranged for Fastway to collect them from me.... I waited up to one month for one of the items to be collected. Also whenever Fastway deliver to me they keep leaving the items down on the public roadway for anyone to see and take. Todays one was left there for hours as I did not go out until late and it was soaked from the rain. Every other delivery company comes up the drive to my door.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They have had my parcel for 2 weeks in the depot with no attempt to deliver it. Can’t find a contact number and the online ‘email’ facility that promised a reply in 24 hours still hasn’t responded

Useless company. Any other one courier except for fastway. Try dpd or even an post. If I could give 0 stars I would. No costumer care at all. No phone number to ring. They say message them by email. And it's been 4 days and I've yet to get a reply.

worst delivery company. Drivers dropping parcels anywhere they like. Customer support never responds to queries. Even providing them cctv footage of their work, they just don't care about it. Try to avoid that company at least Cork branch

Courier seems to be drunk that day, we have estate fb Group and we had few deliverys in estate and ppl where posting that they received someones package, unlucky our parcel disappeared and is marked as delivered. Worst courier ever as it wasn't first time.

Terrible courier company. Parcels just sit in depot for days on end with no delivery attempts. Can never get a response from them on their very limited contact options. Why companies insist on using this courier I will never know.

Impossible to contact by PHONE OR EMAIL, the company fails to send email with tracking information regarding a shipment until AFTER it has attempted and failed to deliver the package without trying to ever get in touch in advance. If I could give zero stars I would.

My package has been in the depot for over a week now, with no attempt being made to deliver it despite the tracking update saying there was an attempt made at 1.20am on the 3rd and another attempt made a 1.37am on the 6th! This was purchased allowing plenty of time for the gift to arrive in time but due to the delay with fastway not bothering to deliver it the special occasion is now over.

Can't deliver the package on time or anywhere near the deadline why pay for shipping when they are too lazy to do their jobs and make you collect it from there depot which is a 40 min drive for me.

They email me on a Wednesday to say we will pick up Thursday. I stay in all day Thursday no show and a phone number given that's unanswered all day. I go to the depo with the parcel on Monday and the sticker with my details is sitting on someone's desk. And it just ment nothing to anyone.

Ordered something from ASOS, used an old address for the order by mistake and emailed Fastway within 5 minutes of the order to change the address. Emailed 5 times and no response, according to tracking they received my signature even though it was delivered to another county. No way of contacting them by phone and I have no way of retrieving the parcel, absolutely shocking delivery service.
