I miss the Post Office in the Square, because ever since they moved to the shopping centre, things have got chaotic, and that was before Covid restrictions. Post delivery personnel dont give you time to get to the door to deliver your parcel, and they have vans , not bikes like years ago. It's as if community service is a bad thing these days.

New look post office which has this with no glass barriers between counter staff and customers which reportedly "helps promote more engagement". Like you really want to engage with the staff after you've been queuing for 15 mins because you have 2 out of 6 counters open and the queue is out the door. Also maybe after spending needless thousands moving you may like to get a proper sign for the post box in the store instead of a hand written sign on a piece of A4 ?
