Package not delivered. When I checked tracking it said delivery not possible. Called anpost and was told they tried both Thursday and Friday but they didnt because we was home.no letter left in the postbox. Ringing Saturday morning and im told to come and collect Monday ? Package I needed for a weekend? Absolutely wrong. Pity DHL international cooperate with anpost who provide such a poor service.

They never deliver anything Come @ 7 am in the morning , don't ring the bell or anything . They always drop the letter saying they tried to deliver the order They never pickup the customer care number. They don't see if you have already rescheduled your order . This is the second time I missed my order . I had already rescheduled it for tomorrow but they really don't see anything and do whatever they want to .

Absolutely appaling service from both your customer service and your sorting office in swords. Called this morning to try and log a formal complaint and your customer representative literraly hung up on me. No bad language was used or aggressive tone. He literraly just hung up. I will take this to my solicitor and see where this goes as the swords sorting centre way of handling our mail is dirrectly impacting our business operation. We have made numerous complaints over the last 2 years and nothing got resolved. The post-man keeps asking for a letter box but this is useless as 98% of our mail are parcels that DON'T fit in a mail-box. We told the sorting centre numerous times that we open at 9:00AM and post can be delivered after 9:00AM. This was fine for a while and this morning again we get an attempted delivery leaflet left in the gate with no time of delivery or tracking number on the leaflet.

3 times now parcels have failed to be delivered from this depo. Each of these times no docket was left to inform me that an attempt was made to deliver said parcels so that I could collect them and my goods have been returned to sender. Its gotten to the point that I just cant trust An Post Swords with my post.
