Terrible terrible, the staff, in particular the short old lady, has 0 people skills, don't expect service or correct information, or even something as simple as a smile. She excels at the I don't care, not my problem service, very frustrating and you can't get anything done at this post-office. @anpost retire the old lady, it would do us all a favor, including her as she clearly hates working there
