This company does not use any technology from 21st century. They just come to your door and call you that time. There is no automation or early notice to the customer, their delivery strategy is relying on chance. They assume you're someone staying home whole week, waiting for deliveries. I placed an order for contact lenses on Apr 25 and vendor gave the packets to Fastway on Apr 26. They attempted to deliver on 27 and 28 without any early notice and I wasn't at home. They didn't give any options to leave the packet to a pick-up point, nor could leave to a neighbor. Today is 8 May and I have no idea where this packet is. Their website is like a joke, it repeats "Additional Information Required" messages since Apr 28, even I contacted their support on Apr 29 and informing with my address and phone again, which they already know from day 1. I let the support personnel know about my dissatisfaction and that I will not use Fastway again. Their support is sending me emails time to time like every 2 days saying "We've updated your address information and your delivery will be on it's way the next working day". I am thinking these people are making fun since I said I will not work with them anymore to the support personnel. Today is the 19th day that Fastway have my contact lenses with them and I have no idea what will happen next. Their service is far far away from being professional. In case you need to work with Fastway, you may receive your delivery only if you are lucky. They are too far away from being professional.

If I could give no stars, I would. Do not use Fastway. I've been trying to contact them for a week. Their lack of customer service is atrocious. There is no phone number to call. They don't answer emails. I get a email notification from them at 928am that it's out for delivery when I got home I found out they attempted delivery at 925am. They are the worst courier service in the whole country.

A disaster, it's the second time I've gone and they can't find my package, there's no communication between the staff who work there and the drivers. They don't enter package information properly into the system, making it impossible to track it and know where it is. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever buy from a site that uses this company as a delivery service.

Courier's tracking said they tried to deliver my parcel twice, but I was working from home and they didn't come at all. Then they said they needed me confirm my contact information. I did that twice and customer service said they'd passed my information on to the depot. But they continued to put "additional information needed" on the tracking. Customer service told me they'd deliver it the following day, but the next day they sent it back to sender! I asked customer service for a complaint form to make a formal complaint, but they refused to give it to me and told me to contact the company I ordered from. Every single thing this company told me was a lie - just too lazy to bother delivering a parcel!

Used to be nerve-wracking to deal with - don't know what changed, but I'm happy about it! One quite serious but very prompt and responsible Eastern European guy delivers to D7 and I always get my package on time. I was away on holidays and asked if my package could be redelivered to Monday, and sure enough the driver showed up, first thing Monday morning. Fast delivery, and trustworthy - maybe its my driver. Whoever he is, he should get a raise. Putting good on Fastway's name! When I see Fastway's delivering, I ease up - completely different experience to UPS.

I have been emailing Keith who is supposedly the Head of Customer Service and he hasn't responded to my emails since June 2022. Barely any contact details online to deal with Customer queries and issues and when you find one, there is no reply.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Lost parcels, damaged, parcels, forged signatures, parcels left unattended- all this on a daily basis. Unresolved claims and many more! Ridiculous way to conduct business. My parcel arrived but I wasn't there and no note left. I eventually contacted them and they said someone would contact me within 24hrs. Still ok. I was leaving the house late the following day and met my parcel being delivered. No notice no contact. They don't want your business, or at least they don't want you contacting them.

Terrible service, received an email saying package delivered yesterday and no signature required which is an option I didn't want...found the package a day later behind our next door neighbors bin, the neighbor didn't even know it was there, so the driver dropped it at the wrong door and ran...I wouldn't highly avoid using fastway at all costs...unless you want your stuff to go missing.

very very very poor service, bad experience every time they try to deliver something to me. Last one was last Thursday when a parcel was marked as delivered but I never received it. I wasn't home, and due to 2 years of covid drivers don't know what to do when a customer is not home. So I tried to contact fastway via whatsapp and email, still no reply. I tried to call but apparently we cannot use their phone number anymore. I have checked with all my neighbours (which I think is not normal - a parcel should be left either to the recipient or back at depot but definitely not to a third person). None of my neighbours has it. So I have no clue what to do to get this parcel back. At least, competitors are a much better help when needed ( even though the drivers are definitely not better, at least it is easier to locate a parcel)

I have had several deliveries from Fastway which have just been left at my front door, regardless of whether anybody is at home or not. I have complained about this to the Sellers, hoping that they would put pressure on Fastway as clients to change this practice. On my most recent Fastway delivery I had even written certain advice about where to leave the package if nobody was at home when Fastway called. These had been printed out by the Seller and were sellotaped to the package. When I got home late last night the package was sitting on my doormat, in full view of many passing and advertising the fact that my house was unoccupied. Absolutely NO attempt had been made by the driver to follow the instructions affixed to the package. It is almost impossible to speak with anybody in this company in order to register a complaint. In my opinion these drivers are cowboys and totally unworthy of the responsibility they have been given. If possible, avoid using this company!!

Location is irrelevant, Fastway are "literally" the worst Courier company that exists in Ireland. We order from Smyths Toys regularly, DPD usually deliver for them, absilutely brlliant. First time they used Fastway and our parcel is missing 3 days, supposed to have been delivered 3 days ago! I will admit that I am aware of very poor pay structure for Drivers, it seems the company is the problem, not the individual Drivers (Not always anyway).
