Too much post is going "lost". Post sent to different countries but especially items that for some reason are supposed to be returned to sender. Something is very wrong. This damages the reputation of businesses. If an envelope is not sent as "Registered" post it does not mean that it is not important! An Post has some of the most expensive charges in the EU - there are some good employees in the company - but the service is not reflected in the costs.
