I have also had a below par experience with the rude blonde woman. I had to post a lot of envelopes for state exams. Some of the materials in the envelopes needed to be stamped and dated by the clerk before sealing and posting so I still had the envelopes open, yet she chastised me in front of the whole queue for not being ready when I got to the counter. I had about 10 envelopes to post, was as organised as I could be, but there is zero counter space to put anything down. I ended up having to put envelopes on the floor. She also tried to squeeze a parcel that was much too large through the window slot. When I tried to tell her not to, she said that she's been doing that job for so many years etc. and basically told me not to tell her what to do... She was really, really rude. It's a post office in one of the busiest postcodes in the country, yet she didn't know what she was doing RE examination material for state exams. No help whatsoever.

Worst costumer experience. A friend of mine was sending an item I left in Dublin when I moved back home. The lady in the shop was rude and very stressed because "she was on her lunch break". And at the end she shipped it to the WRONG country. All because she refused to listen to my friend. Since when does people NOT know the difference of SWEDEN and SWITZERLAND?? I really hope the parcel will arrive in Sweden and not in Switzerland. Because if it doesn't. I expect a full refund of the price of shipping. AND the item inside. Absolutely disgraceful costumer service blaming it on that she is on her lunch break. So what? I work in costumer service and even if Id be on my lunch break, Id give great costumer service as it isn't the costumers fault that there wasn't another employee to cover for me. She needs a map and basic knowledge in DIFFERENT countries. I mean Ireland isn't a part of UK just as Sweden isn't Switzerland.

Giving one star because you can't give zero. Had to send packages that have a UPU label (shipment is already paid) and it says on the box "Please do not charge the customer", yet the rude blonde woman working there wanted to make me pay. I left, walked down the street to the next post office and they sent the packages, no questions asked, no money paid. Please avoid this office at all costs and walk down the street to the next one.

The blonde lady does by her reputation, she has no respect for customers, is incredibly rude, and tries to make you feel stupid as much as she can. There is a lot of other post offices nearby if you are not in the mood to be mistreated for no reason. During the time I spent there writing on my envelope she was rude to two other customers, it's unbelievable. Also, no hand sanitiser.

This is my local post office, I've been going here every couple of weeks for 5 years and the staff have always been lovely and very helpful, especially the older blond woman. I'm really surprised at all the negative reviews, I've honestly had the opposite experience.

Avoid at all costs if you don't want to be abused by the blonde lady that works there. I had the worst customer experience in this post office. The blonde lady was literally SHOUTING across the post office to one of the customers who was trying to send a box. She is EXTREMELY RUDE and not helpful at all. I was on the booth beside hers and I couldn't understand a single word the guy was asking me. I was trying to reply and the guy couldn't understand it either because of her shouting and abusing the customer beside us. If I could give less stars, I would. Every time that I need to go there, which is my local post office and I don't have any other option, it is for sure stressful and the only thing you can expect is rudeness and abuse. Totally nightmare. There are complaints here about her that goes back 2 years ago, and yet, nothing has been done.

I opened Google Reviews to check if there were other experiences like the one I had and ofc I found many bad reviews about the elderly woman working here. I needed to send some important docs by registered post and this woman didn't let me finish what I was saying that she started shouting that she wasn't allowed to close my envelope (the point is that the envelope was still open because I needed to buy and put in it a postal money order). When I made her notice that she interrupted me she said that I could go to a different post office, that I was rude and that she didn't want to "continue this service". When I said that I wasn't going anywhere and that I needed to send those docs, she just crossed her arms and lied down on the chair with a smiley psyco face. I left only because I didn't want to make other people that were queueing wait. P.s. It wasn't the first time for me in this post office but every time I had the luck to find the nice guy with tattos who works at the other counter and today he wasn't there. Only a few days before this happened, I did the same postal service procedure with this guy and it took literally 1 minute.

I consistently find the workers here horrible. They always close up 10 minutes early, shutting the door on people who are waiting there to get in but are respecting the 2 people at a time rule. I've recently been overcharged, I took something they insisted was a parcel to another post office who said it qualified as a large envelope (half price) I find it really stressful to go in there because I have NEVER had a good experience. I think these ladies should find jobs where they do not have to interact with the public.

Went to post office down the road in the Spar and no problem accepting a card for payment. If the older blonde woman doesn’t know how to use modern technology she needs to learn or be removed from her position. Complaint gone in about this woman!

The blonde older was was extremely rude and gave me no chance to speak. I asked her for 12 stamps and she gave me 11 priority stamps and 10 air post. When I went back up to tell her she didn't give me enough she got very short and rude with me. She said she only charged me for ten yet I asked for 12. She did not give me a chance to speak and charged me for two stamps for both, and said in a demeaning tone "it's very simple" then after taking them she said "you're welcome" in a very rude tone not even giving me a chance to speak to thank you. I'll walk to a further post office now because of how rude this woman was.
