Love the staff there, they're pretty nice and are funny too. Shame my packages get rerouted there all the time because the postie can't be bothered to knock on the front door anymore and you can't get through to them directly so you can get your package redelivered the same day or the next day. If they add the option to contact the sorting office directly, I will happily change my rating to five stars.
