i had a 'we missed you' in my letter box a gew weeks ago but missed the collection date. The staff there (i've forgotten his name) went above and beyond for me to try and retrieve my mysterious registered letter. They were able to track it to Limerick and retrieve it for me and kept me updated on the process. very much appreciated !

Helpful staff but, at least you can call to post receiver on phone before send back the post to the sender. Additionally that nonsense 3 days rule!
